Request
Please allow 24 hours for all prescription refills
excluding weekends and holidays. You
may e-mail your request to adaoutpatient.com or call the
office at 580.332.8900. We do not
accept faxed prescriptions except from your pharmacy, and
the specific medication you are
requesting. Pain medications will not be filled over the
weekend or holidays and will not be
filled early. Please check with your pharmacy to see if
your medication has been filled.
